Fees

A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is payable at time of booking your initial appointment. Please note that our clinic does not bulk-bill. Full payment is required on the day of appointment. 

The costs for an initial comprehensive consultation is $270 (health fund code 015 or 017). If radiographs are required (and we are able to take them on the day), we can take up to 3. Each radiograph is $60 (health fund code 022). 

If you have private health insurance, we can process your rebate at the time of your visit.  

We accept all credit cards including American Express without a surcharge.

If you are eligible for CDBS, please note that we are not able to process your rebate for you. Our clinic does not bulk-bill; full payment is required on the day. Your receipt can then be used to claim your rebate directly from Medicare. 

Initial consultation cost is $270 (code 88011), and up to 3 radiographs can be taken on the day, costing $60 each (code 88022).

If your child requires dental treatment under general anaesthetic, a payment plan for the dental portion of the costs may be available. Payment plans are facilitated through DentiCare. No interest is payable however some fees do apply. If you would like more information, please let us know at the time of your child's consultation. Please note that applications for payment plans must be completed at least 14 days prior to surgery.

Please advise us as soon as possible of any changes to your availability, as this would allow us to offer this time to another patient who is on the waitlist. 

Cancellations within 48 hours of the initial consultation appointment will incur a fee of $50. 

Cancellations within 48 hours of a treatment appointment will incur a fee of $200.
